Rates
The average cost of hiring one vehicle is £285 for a maximum of 3 hours hire. Prices are based on venues being no more than 20 miles from Sutton, Ely. Additional mileage above this will be charged at £2 per mile. No two weddings are alike, so we aim to remain flexible, to tailor our services to your individual needs, for this reason it is not possible to be specific about costs.
An advance payment of £75 secures your booking. This payment is non-refundable, however this may be transferred if the date of the wedding is changed and the vehicles are available.
Cheques should be made payable to;

The balance of payment is due no less than 10 days before the occasion.
Responsibility
The company and chauffeur shall not be held liable or responsible for any damage to person, clothing, or property while entering or leaving our cars. The hirer specifically indemnifies the company from any such responsibility.

Safety
Not all our vehicles are fitted with seatbelts due to their classic nature. It is a legal requirement that all passengers wear seatbelts if fitted. Children under 3 must use the appropriate child restraint in all cases - there is no exemption for them in vehicles with no seatbelts in the rear, such as classic cars. However, children 3 years to 135 cms height may be carried in the rear of vehicles without restraints, but they can only go in the front if they use the correct child seat or booster.
We cannot transport children who are under 3 years of age unless they are transported in our Jaguar S type with an appropriate child seat. The hirer is responsible for providing and fitting appropriate seats for children. The company shall not be held liable or responsible in the event of injury resulting from this.
The hirer accepts that Champagne bottles should be opened outside and away from the vehicle by the chauffeur. No red wine is permitted in the vehicles at any time.
The hirer accepts that the company has a non-smoking policy in all its vehicles.
The hirer expressly accepts that, except in cases of emergency, only the chauffeur may open and close the doors, this is a safety precaution to minimize the risk of accidents and damage to the vehicle or occupants.
Limitations of liability
Midas Bridal Cars will endeavour to provide a professional service for your special day. However, we reserve the right to supply an alternative vehicle in the event of a mechanical breakdown, and cannot be held responsible for late arrival due to road and traffic conditions.
